Staff Data Scientist
Grindr is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to work closely with cross-functional teams to create metrics, design experiments, and improve user experience for millions of users.

Responsibilities
- Extract actionable insights from broad questions
- Design and evaluate experiments to measure product changes

- Mentor team members and recommend best practices
- Build ML solutions to enhance recommendations and detect spam
