We are growing our team and are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Manager to propel business growth within the mechanical engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and surpass sales goals through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and engaging with clients.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.
- Create effective sales strategies, keep an eye on market trends, and evaluate competitor activities.
- Work collaboratively with production and sales teams to guarantee excellent customer service.
- Generate sales reports and attend industry exhibitions as needed.
- 2-3 years of exprience in the B2B Sales field of mechanical engineering
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes & tooling.
- Skilled in CRM software, sales reporting, and market analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred
