Consultant, Technology and Data Transformation, APAC

About the role
 
We are seeking a Consultant, Technology and Data Transformation (CTD) to work across our regional clients and support our Senior Transformation Consultant (STC) in leading marketing, advertising, and technology transformation initiatives. The CTD will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions, conducting comprehensive assessments, and co-creating strategic roadmaps to guide clients towards their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the STC in deploying marketing maturity assessments and MADTech ecosystem audits for clients, contributing to the analysis and interpretation of findings.
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of transformation roadmaps that encompass agile experiments, tactical initiatives, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Drive the development and implementation of Tech & Data Transformation solutions, providing subject matter expertise and contributing to use case development and deployment oversight.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of digital transformation initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement to achieve project objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to organize and facilitate client/agency working sessions, both in-person and virtually, aiming to enhance agency knowledge across consulting deliverables and contribute to sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads for all transformation services and actively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key agency, market, and client leads to foster Group-wide knowledge and adoption of the Tech & Data Transformation menu of services.
  • Participate in relevant forums, training, and research to stay updated on industry trends, vendor offerings, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the formulation of effective sales strategies and tactics, focusing on key client segments, value propositions, and competitive differentiation to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client proposals, including technical aspects, scope of work, costings, and estimated project timelines that are commercially sound and align with the GroupM and client goals.
  • Manage strategic partnerships professionally to develop and implement innovative solutions and drive the adoption of Tech & Data Transformation services among mutual clients.
  • Ensure contracts are executed profitably and in line with company guidelines, preparing, submitting, and closing SOWs and contracts with due care and attention.
 
 
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in digital media, consulting, or related field, demonstrating thorough knowledge of marketing/advertising solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and identity solutions (GA4, Adobe Analytics, AEM, Tealium, Salesforce Cloud solutions, GCP, etc.)
  • Experience in leading engagements with client and agency partner stakeholders, and SMEs.
  • Strong relationship building skills and previous experience working with C-level executives.
  • Experience working with internal account/sales teams to define/identify account growth opportunities.
  • Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong aptitude for numerical detail and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to rapidly changing priorities.
