Lead the operational and delivery aspects of the account, managing client relationships and ensuring commitment to the Agency’s brand direction, strategy, recommendations, and execution,
Foster and embody the Agency’s values and vision both externally and internally, with a focus on driving business growth,
Guide and manage the marketing and communication team (Brand, Creative, PR, Social, and Media) to implement a customer-centric approach,
Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including the Head of Brand and other department heads,
Oversee the delivery of creative excellence throughout the customer journey,
Actively participate in Strategy Reviews, Financial Updates, and Brand Campaigns, providing ongoing support to the assigned team,
Drive integration and synergy across all capabilities to deliver high-standard, integrated communication solutions,
Inspire, mentor, and develop the team to enhance capability and competence,
Manage the communication budget and ensure optimal allocation,
Take overall responsibility for the development and management of communication streams,
Receive project briefs from clients, assess them, organize internal meetings and partner agency meetings, and assign tasks internally. Agree on timelines with both internal teams and clients,
Optimize budgets and speed to market to maximize return on investment,
Identify and implement improvements in organizational and developmental aspects related to content creation and distribution.
Qualifications
10+ years of proven experience in client services,
Experience in managing global and local operating models and diverse stakeholder groups,
Proven ability to run large matrix teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and managing processes from start to finish,
Demonstrates resilience and composure under pressure, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges,
Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating, coaching, and developing teams,
Hands-on team player with a willingness to engage directly with tasks and motivate teams from within,
Passionate about the latest marketing trends, innovations, and technology,
