The Insights & Research manager plays a key role in providing day-to-day tools, insights and data support to the team.

We're seeking an Insights & Research Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in informing our media strategies. You'll be responsible for leading research projects, analyzing data from various sources and translating complex findings into clear and concise insights for clients.
The role:
Client intelligence: supporting client teams with consumer, category and media insights that guide our response to client briefs
Information sharing: creating a knowledge sharing culture through sharing reports & conducting trainings that enable knowledge and skills to be promoted and acquired across the media agency.
Thought leadership: creating projects and work streams such as Trends studies, consumer lifestyle reports and other depth projects, that enhance agency and client knowledge.
Audience profiling:Using industry & proprietary tools to create audience profiles covering audience demographics, attitudes. media consumption and category usage and presenting them in visually appealing PowerPoint slides
Research studies:running bespoke research projects for our clients such as brand health trackers and Usage & attitude studies to evaluate media effectiveness
Research Techniques:Regularly apply a wide spectrum of research techniques, including qualitative and quantitative. Knowing when to apply these techniques - matching the right methodology/technique with the right brief
Trend Spotting:Develop trends presentations related to specific consumer segments or media trends to keep internal teams and clients updated with the latest trends in the industry.
Tools champion:Supporting the teams with tools access, training and adoption. You will be using our proprietary and industry tools to extract valuable data and insights and translating those into actionable insights
Key Skills & Experience
Solid research experience ideally in marketing, advertising or media
Good understanding of brand marketing and communication
understanding of a wide spectrum of research techniques
Confident using a wide range of research and industry tools and systems such as Statex, Xplan, Global Web Index etc...
Strong multi-tasking skills – able to manage time and resource across a wide range of projects – you will be working on a variety of projects and you need to be able to juggle.
Ability to analyse and interpret information in a creative and interesting fashion
Naturally inquisitive, flexible approach, with strong analytic and strategic skills
Ability to simplify and generate strong coherent insight from a wide range of sources and techniques
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and PowerPoint skills
