Obecnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko:
 
Asystent / Asystentka Zarządu
 
 
Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie: 
  • planowanie i koordynacja kalendarzy Członków Zarządu, organizacja i logistyka spotkań wewnętrznych oraz zewnętrznych;
  • organizacja i koordynacja podróży służbowych (rezerwacja lotów, hoteli i transportu) oraz ich rozliczanie;
  • wsparcie Zarządu w codziennej pracy oraz realizacja bieżących zadań administracyjnych, a także wykonywanie innych zadań zlecanych ad hoc przez Członków Zarządu;
  • nadzór nad prawidłowym obiegiem dokumentów firmowych, ich archiwizacja oraz zapewnienie płynności przepływu informacji;
  • wspieranie komunikacji pomiędzy Członkami Zarządu, a pozostałymi działami firmy (między innymi finanse, administracja, HR, IT);
  • przygotowanie raportów, prezentacji i notatek ze spotkań;
  • zarządzanie rozliczeniami wydatków służbowych. 
 
Zaaplikuj,jeśli posiadasz: 
  • min. 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku, najlepiej w środowisku korporacyjnym lub międzynarodowym;
  • bardzo dobrą znajomość języka angielskiego (poziom B2/C1);
  • biegłą znajomość narzędzi MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point;
  • doskonałe umiejętności organizacyjne i umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań;
  • umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu, wielozadaniowość oraz elastyczność w działaniu;
  • wysokorozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz interpersonalne;
  • samodzielność, praktywność i rzetelność w wykonywaniu powierzonych obowiązków.
