Retail Specialist

Purpose: The Retail Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on performance-driven campaigns across key retail media platforms, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping, and Meta Commerce. He/she will leverage their deep understanding of these retail ecosystems to achieve client objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a passion for retail, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to maximize ROI.

Campaign Execution & Optimization
•Plan, implement, and manage campaigns across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping, and Meta Commerce platforms.
•Conduct competitive analysis, and audience targeting to develop highly effective campaign strategies.
•Optimize campaigns on a daily basis, adjusting bids, targeting, ad copy, and product listings to maximize performance and achieve client KPIs.
•Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices within the retail media landscape.
 
Reporting & Analysis
•Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
•Generate regular reports that clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
•Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
 
Client & Internal Collaboration:
•Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals.
•Work effectively with internal teams, including account management, creative, and strategy, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.
•Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign strategies, performance, and future plans.
 
The Ideal Candidate:
•3-5 years of proven experience managing biddable campaigns, with a strong emphasis on retail media platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping, Meta Commerce).
•Deep understanding of retail media advertising products, bidding strategies, targeting options, and measurement tools.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Passion for digital marketing, retail, and the ever-evolving world of e-commerce advertising.
•Google Ads certifications (including fundamentals, search, display, shopping, mobile).
•Google Analytics certification.
•Experience with Amazon Advertising console and reporting tools.
•Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and reporting dashboards.
•Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and relevant e-commerce advertising solutions.
•Experience with bid management platforms and tools is a plus.
