- Effective interaction with regional teams (Europe, U.S.)
- Ensuring compliance with GroupM guidelines
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign checks across channels/platforms
- Ensuring data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and GroupM campaign management software
- Producing daily campaign reports, including pacing and data inputting
- Providing commentary to regional Media Activation teams
The ideal candidate possesses:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, with proficiency in platforms such as DV360 or equivalent
- Openness to learning new DSP platforms and technologies
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for deriving insights from data to inform optimization strategies
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving campaign goals and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Polish is a plus but not mandatory
- Resides in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan
