Recruitment Coordinator

OVERVIEW 
In this role, you will be part of the TA Operations Team which supports the Future Talent team focused on emerging talent interested in our summer internship and entry-level Associate roles by delivering extraordinary candidate experiences. Additionally, you’ll be able to work in a process-oriented environment, take initiative, and demonstrate a hands-on and highly organized approach with attention to detail. 
  
Our goal is to further the maturity of our Talent Acquisition practice and continuously position ourselves as a strategic pillar of GroupM by responding to our ever-changing business needs. The TA Operations team supports areas such as Reporting & Analytics, Tech & Tools, and Talent Attraction & Engagement.

  • Gain exposure to and work closely alongside various HR disciplines including Talent Acquisition Business Partners, People Operations, Reporting & Analytics, and HRIS 
  • Develop a deep understanding through the exposure of working within an emerging talent recruitment team that includes event planning, engagement and outreach opportunities, and connecting fresh, new talent to the world of media and advertising  
  
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Future Talent recruitment team, coordinate candidate interviews, partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support an efficient hiring process and manage job postings 
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience 
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and confirm interview schedules, coordinating with hiring managers, and handling any last-minute changes and/or reschedules 
  • Onboarding: Assist new hires with the onboarding process, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to start their roles smoothly 
  • Compliance: Ensure that all hiring procedures comply with GroupM policies and legal requirements 
  • Communication Channels:  Monitor and maintain various communication channels with prospective candidates and internal colleagues seeking information regarding early talent events and career opportunities 
  • Campaign Management: Partner with GroupM Marketing teams to create and promote campaigns and early talent programs across social channels 
  • Project Management: Assist with TA-related projects and initiatives as needed, such as attendance at recruiting-related events and promoting a positive company culture 
  • Event Management: Ensure event registration, recruitment assets/swag, room bookings, catering, and other-related event tasks to ensure all aspects of the event are executed as planned 
  • Ad hoc Opportunities: Assist in projects and assignments as needed 
  
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Must have a strong capability in customer service skills and communication to build trust and respect among teammates, colleagues, and candidates 
  • Exceptional organization skills and situational awareness 
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize/pivot when necessary 
  • Interest in social media and marketing to build creative social campaigns to attract early talent 
  • Comfort and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS TEAMS is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Jobvite or another Applicant Tracking System, Handshake, and/or interest in technology (ATS, data & analytics) is a plus 
  • Previous experience working with an emerging talent recruitment team is a plus 
  • Previous experience with event planning/management is a plus 
  • Ability to travel locally or domestically as needed to assist with recruitment-related events is a plus 

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting is $35,000 - $75,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
