This whip smart marketer has worked on best-in-class CRM programs, shows passion for strategically planned and flawlessly executed marketing campaigns, places the customer at the center of data-driven decision-making, and is eager to grow in an ever-evolving environment.
This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with Marketing teammates plus cross-functional partners from Creative, Merchandising, Analytics, Digital Product, and more to transform Grove’s customer experience. While much of the work is rooted in the email channel and focuses on triggered campaigns, assignments also stretch across broadcast campaigns, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, loyalty, and more. This role balances analytical acumen with creative thinking; thoughtful planning with speedy execution; and business outcomes with mission alignment. While this is an Individual Contributor role today, there is the potential to lead a team in the future.
