About the Client

As a Product Owner, you will be an essential link between the business and the development team, ensuring that all products and features align with both short-term and strategic goals. What You'll Do

  • Requirement Management: Represent the business in capturing and grooming requirements, ensuring that outcomes align with strategic goals.
  • Value Maximization: Ensure that all features and developments deliver maximum business value.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and refine the backlog, making key decisions to guide the team’s work.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders and the wider community informed with regular updates.
  • Adaptability: Work within constraints by applying trade-offs and pivoting as necessary.
  • Product Development: Outline requirements for product development and support Developers, Analysts, and Quality Engineers in understanding product needs.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate product visions to stakeholders and development teams, shaping a backlog of key features and goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Comfortable leading workshops and guiding teams through all stages of product development.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to simplify complex processes, innovate, and adapt to new challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders, build collaborative partnerships, and manage risk.
