What You'll Do
- Requirement Management: Represent the business in capturing and grooming requirements, ensuring that outcomes align with strategic goals.
- Value Maximization: Ensure that all features and developments deliver maximum business value.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and refine the backlog, making key decisions to guide the team’s work.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders and the wider community informed with regular updates.
- Adaptability: Work within constraints by applying trade-offs and pivoting as necessary.
- Product Development: Outline requirements for product development and support Developers, Analysts, and Quality Engineers in understanding product needs.

Requirements

- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate product visions to stakeholders and development teams, shaping a backlog of key features and goals.
- Leadership Skills: Comfortable leading workshops and guiding teams through all stages of product development.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to simplify complex processes, innovate, and adapt to new challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders, build collaborative partnerships, and manage risk.
