Senior Business Operations Associate, Clinical
Grow Therapy is a three-sided marketplace aiming to support therapists and patients in accessing high-quality mental healthcare. They are looking for a Sr. Business Operations Associate to assist the Clinical team in enhancing operational processes and monitoring performance.
Skills
- Proficient in Google sheets
- Introductory to moderate SQL skills
- Experience in automating manual processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Create scalable systems, automations, workflows and operational processes to support clinical quality operations
- Track and maintain metrics to monitor progress against clinical OKRs
- Identify and implement innovations to maximize quality, speed and efficiency of the Clinical Excellence team
