Location: Dallas, TX or Denver, CO; Hybrid Model- onsite/work-from-home combo

The Integer Group is hiring a Growth & Marketing Manager with a passion for digital marketing, public relations and new business development. As a member of our Growth & Marketing team, you will find that no two days will look alike.

You will need to be a detail-oriented person with a knack for project management. You won’t shy from leading large-scale digital marketing projects or assisting researching new business prospects. We expect you to pull up a seat to the table, and share your thoughts and ideas loud and clear since your contributions will be integral to our success. You will be an invaluable asset, driving critical internal and external initiatives that unlock growth for the department and organization. But most importantly, you will help build and manage the Integer Brand across the global network as well as promote our brand through (but not limited to) responsibilities outlined below.

What You'll Do in This Role:
MARKETING + PR
  • Lead the Growth & Marketing Teams and cross-functional teams to help ensure brand consistency across Integer’s platforms and collateral materials
    • Work with Director of PR + Marketing on creating and updating yearly brand press kits
  • Lead as Project Manager
    • Internal Newsletters and External E-Blasts
      • Gather monthly content/hits from G&M team and other Integer teams that want to be shared for internal newsletter such as THRIVE
      • Lead the Shopper Culture external weekly e-blasts by creating, maintaining, and sending out via Constant Contact
      • Lead the New Business external e-blasts by gathering prospects from New Business team events, continue communication with current prospects, and reignite interest from before contacted prospects via Constant Contact
    • Shopper Culture Website
      • Post and manage daily blog posts, white papers, Checkout papers, etc. within the Shopper Culture section
      • Work with Copy Editors and Creatives to ensure proper editing and formatting
      • Work with the Director of Marketing + PR to gather content based on department weekly editorial calendar
    • Corporate Social Media Accounts
      • Lead Social Media + G&M Content Calendar and work alongside editors/creatives/Social Team/Category Leads/Growth & Marketing in fielding content to post and approvals
      • Assist in yearly and quarterly planning of content calendar with G&M team
      • Lead monthly and quarterly social media content calls with various internal teams
      • Oversee social media team to put together quarterly social media reports
      • Monitor, document and maintain any social media hits within the agency as well as within the press/media
    • Plan, drive and assist with any internal or external event initiatives on behalf of the agency such as Women’s History Month, PRIDE, Mental Health Awareness Month, Black History Month, etc.
    • Attend agency events and actively gather content (taking photos, videos, audio, etc.) to utilize for social media, PR, website, podcasts and more.
    • Other marketing projects as assigned.
AWARDS + CONFERENCES
  • Own and lead as Project Manager
    • Awards Submissions
      • Manage and ensure that all award submissions are completed on time and efficiently
      • Send out monthly call for awards entries via Integer Intranet
      • Manage all annual awards calendars for the Integer Network keeping track of what award shows the agency enters in and for what campaigns/projects
      • Work closely with the Creative, Account, and ICP teams to produce necessary submissions including written submissions and video production if necessary
      • Partner with Finance monthly to track and manage awards budget
      • Research new awards within Advertising, Marketing, Retail and Business with cross-functional teams quarterly and annually
      • Promote and publish awards wins internally & externally through social media, Intranet, website and public relations initiatives
      • Manage executive bios and photos database for award judging submissions
    • Conference Attendance & Speaking Opportunities
      • Research application process and new conferences to take part in collaboration with cross-functional teams quarterly and annually
      • Manage and ensure that all conference submissions are completed on time and efficiently
      • Sent out monthly call for conference attendance and speaking opportunities via Integer Intranet
      • Maintain calendar of conferences quarterly and annually
      • Manage executive bios and photos database for conference
      • Partner with Finance monthly to track and manage conference budgets and report back to supervisor and team.
GROWTH & NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Assist in prospecting and lead generation efforts
  • Outreach and inbound/outbound lead nurturing to turn leads into qualified opportunities
  • Actively assisting during the RFI/RFP and pitch process
  • Weekly status reports and trackers
  • Competitive analysis and assessment
  • Other new business development projects as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan Growth & Marketing Team outings, meetings, and team events
  • Brainstorm new ideas with G&M team to keep Integer top of mind within the industry, existing and potential clients.
  • Manage additional brand equity and initiatives that pertain to the Growth & Marketing team
  • Willingness to jump in and take on additional responsibilities not mentioned that may come up within the Growth & Marketing team
The Experience You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with Marketing, Advertising, PR, New Business, and/or Branding plus:
    • 3-4+ years of relevant work experience, supporting teams, including support functions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Collaborative approach to working
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to maintain attention to detail while managing multiple projects
  • Solution-oriented in the face of adversity
  • Positive attitude towards the role, the department, agency and its clients
  • Professional team player who takes ownership of assigned tasks and who seeks and accepts other responsibilities as appropriate
  • Familiarity with SproutSocial, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Adobe Photoshop, and Wordpress
  • Willingness to travel, as needed

The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire: $70,000 - $75,000/annually.
