This role will influence the design, planning, and reporting solutions for data-driven decision-making. The Lifecycle (Email & SMS) Marketing Manager will be responsible for the tactical strategy and execution of email and SMS marketing programs, including outbound campaigns, behavior-based triggers, and lifecycle programs. This individual will manage all email and SMS campaigns with the goal of acquiring new customers and driving retention to increase the overall growth of the company.
