About You:
We are in a high growth environment at Nutrafol, and are eager to keep the momentum going! As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Analytics & Insights, you will own a variety of analytics projects to support acquisition marketing, sharing the most compelling stories of our data.
You will work alongside partners on the Marketing, Finance, Product, Ecomm, and Tech teams to utilize and improve upon our robust analytics toolkit, to ultimately guide strategy across the organization.
This role requires you to have a strong understanding of various marketing channels and their KPIs, as well as a strong analytics skill set, consistently using one to inform the other. You will be required to think big and dive deep to drive continual improvements to our marketing strategy, and ability to inform it using data.
This role will report to the Director of Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end analysis of marketing campaigns, while developing measurement strategy, building out reporting to communicate results, and partnering with the team to deliver analysis, insights and strategic recommendations; with a heavy emphasis on the latter.
- Create and present sophisticated analysis to senior leadership that brings insightful and measurable evaluation of data and storytelling.
- Measure impact of performance marketing campaigns and build reports and visualizations with marketing key metrics to help the team understand the effectiveness of different campaigns
- Partner with Growth Team to build experimental design to quantify campaign incrementality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish test and learn strategy around marketing efforts.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for marketing teams to automate processes and use data to eventually drive revenue.
- Perform deep dive analysis to understand drivers of marketing performance and generate insights for future campaigns.
- Monitor business KPIs, work to explain deviations from norm and what we can learn from them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics or similar discipline
- 5+ years experience extracting insights from data to inform decision-making
- Experience working in a retail/eCommerce environment; prior experience in a DTC, subscription-based, or lean/high-growth startup environment is a plus
- Passionate analytics practitioner that powers strategies with objective analytics.
- A strong understanding of differences between marketing channels, KPIs, and attribution methods
- Confident writing complex SQL queries, and habitually vet your work.
- Fluent in discussing key marketing KPIs (CPA/CAC, AOV, CVR, LTV, etc).
- Excellent organizational, project and time management, communication, and presentation skills with proven attention to detail
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques
- Comfortable with Tableau or other similar data visualization software
- Familiarity with Web Analytics packages preferred (ie Google Analytics)
- Should be able to quickly digest or develop a new KPI, ask the right questions, and effectively interpret and act on what it’s telling you and what it’s not telling you.
- Self-starter who is comfortable setting the agenda and owning follow through with minimal oversight
- Inquisitive and Proactive. Always asking yourself “How can I make this better?”
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$130,000—$150,000 USD
