Growth Marketing Manager

About the role:


The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for Bright Cellars paid marketing channel ownership including strategy, launch, optimization, and reporting. You’ll work to optimize campaigns for performance and develop A/B testing strategies to maximize efficiencies. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms and channels, well honed abilities in the application of marketing technology and data, as well as strong analytical skills. What you'll do:


  • End to end campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting for Bright Cellars’ key growth channels, including but not limited to: Affiliate, Paid Insert, Direct Mail, Newsletter sponsorships, Offline, Paid Digital
  • Collaborate on channel creative concepting and provide recommendations using key insights
  • Drive budget allocation between channels and lead the campaign specific strategy to optimize for conversion and CAC with cLTV in mind
  • A/B test strategies and optimize campaigns in order to maximize efficiencies


About you:


  • Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Communications, or other Marketing-related degree preferred by not required
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with subscription based D2C model
  • Hands-on experience with marketing campaign creation and management using market segmentation and targeting 
  • Experience with a broad array of growth marketing channels and tactics. Knowledge in affiliate marketing and print/offline marketing is a bonus
  • Deep understanding of different bid strategies for performance is a must, including CPA, CPC, and CPM
  • Knowledgeable of brand and messaging alignment
  • Ability to work cross functionally, including with Creative teams, Finance teams, and Product and Engineering teams
  • Proven ability to be a strategic thinker and to create tactics to implement the strategy
