Coda is a new doc that's familiar and flexible like the documents you're used to, but comes with building blocks you can combine to create docs as powerful as apps. About the Role

Coda is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to nurture, onboard, and activate new customers into the product and empower them to unlock the power of Coda sooner. You will be hyper-collaborative and sit in a revenue-facing function, which means that you'll get excellent exposure to the point where our product interacts with customers and guides our business forward. As the Growth Marketing Manager focused on onboarding and activation, you will oversee the strategy for how we think about the new user experience and work with partners across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science. You will report to the Growth Marketing Lead.

What you'll work on:

  • Guide strategy for onboarding and activating new users into Coda through email and in-product messaging. You're the expert on how we communicate the right features and content to new customers at the right time
  • Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to uncover user insights and create compelling, personalized customer journeys
  • Manage campaigns and programs end-to-end, including ideation, multi-channel recommendations, execution, experimentation, optimization and reporting
  • Oversee the experiment roadmap for nurturing, onboarding, and activating new users into Coda. You'll understand the data driving our customer actions and A/B test your way to better experiences.
  • Work with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales and Marketing Operations teams to develop nurture strategies, assess new opportunities, and help determine orchestration between marketing and sales

Things you're experienced in:

  • 4+ years experience in Lifecycle or Cross-Channel CRM marketing (email, in-product, or mobile)
  • Experience crafting a cohesive customer journey across a very horizontal product experience
  • Passionate about experimentation, iteration, and finding insight. You love scaling your findings to adjacent areas
