Growth Operations Associate

Apptronik is building robots for the real world to improve human quality of life and to help solve the ever-increasing labor shortage problem. You will join a team developing a state-of-the-art general-purpose robot designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, to walk like humans do, and to dexterously manipulate objects with its hands and upper body.

We are looking for a Growth Operations Associate to help build, lead, and manage what would be more traditionally defined as a sales operations effort for an advanced robotic platform for customers across various industries and sectors. You would be the first hire of this kind and able to make a significant impact within a small, vital team. This role primarily supports business development efforts by capturing new leads and opportunities via conducting market research, tracking solicitation cycles, coordinating tradeshows and industry events, and supporting the BD team through the proposal stage of the sales process. This role will be key in enabling and supporting Apptronik's growth from seed stage through commercialization.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in growing Apptronik's robotics business, from lead generation to community engagement, and opportunity development
  • Track solicitation cycles across public and private sectors
  • Craft compelling proposals that address a prospective customer's pain points
  • Manage content development mainly for the purpose of lead capture and proposal development
  • Coordinate conference participation and on-site customer events

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting a revenue generating team (business development, sales, marketing)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to track and support multiple business development efforts
  • Ability to develop new business processes as needed
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Intermediate data capture and manipulation skills
  • Advanced MS Word, CRM, PowerPoint skills

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of and enthusiasm for robotic technology
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM system
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
  • Creative eye to assist with marketing content
