## The Role

- Your main responsibility will be editing the long form videos of our co-founders Jordan Lee and Jacob Le Vine in the Alex Hormozi style

- This includes editing and adding graphics to videos for Youtube

- You will report directly to the Chief Content Director and collaborate closely with the marketing team

- Your strength lies in finding the perfect balance between quick execution and creative editing

- You have a deep understanding of what makes short videos engaging, including effective hooks, pacing, structure, music selection, and graphic design

- Your expertise allows you to consistently produce top-quality long-form content every week

- Tracking the performance of your videos (retention rate and views)

- Paying close attention to comments on your videos (qualitative feedback from the market)

- Staying on top of trends on YouTube

## You Should Have:

- A portfolio that makes people say "damn"

- We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success in a similar role, and you should be able to demonstrate the measurable improvements you've achieved in your previous work.

- Deep understanding of long-form content – hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy in the Alex Hormozi style

- Ad editing experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proven success on long-form content as the editor for growing accounts

- Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Slack)

- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change

- Mastery of premier editing E software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)

- An eye for storytelling that goes beyond basic videography

- The drive to push creative boundaries and set new standards
