You'll concept, design and produce work for projects across all aspects of our business. You'll work in our New York or Chicago office 2-3 days a week and remotely the remainder of the week.Responsibilities• Lead creative development on projects, ensuring project success and providing mentorship to other creatives• Take initiative to find opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, setting the team up for long-term success and growth• Develop effective, engaging, hunger-inducing work for video, social, email, digital ads, blogs, websites and beyond for B2C and B2B audiences• Deliver meticulously crafted design on complex and high-visibility projects• Embrace daily challenges and be resourceful in solving problems• Present creative work with confidence, clarity and sound rationale• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors, building strong relationships and understanding the business objectives of our partners• Work with individuals across all disciplines and capabilities to ensure project success• Manage working time and stay organized to handle multiple assignments and meet all deadlines• Be a team player who cheers on their colleagues, guides with empathy, and is constantly seeking ways to make our culture more inclusive• Love solving creative and marketing challenges with an insatiable curiosity to learn moreYou should have• 4-6+ years experience at an agency, studio, or in-house working in digital and print• Portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual and original work• Proficiency with Adobe suite and Figma (Motion/AfterEffects knowledge is a plus!)• Expert understanding of type, color and composition• Experience with art direction for video and photo shoots• Confident presentation skills• An active interest in all things food culture, pop culture, and advertising/marketing• Must be comfortable with domestic travel• Must be comfortable using Gmail, Google Docs and SlackNew York Salary Range: $88,000-132,000The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package.
