Location & Remote Work

Our People team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Position

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to strengthen our strategic people development initiatives. This position focuses particularly on the employee development journey (onboarding, offboarding, and development products such as mentoring, feedback, and Individual Development Plan - IDP). The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring impactful learning experiences throughout the employee lifecycle, with a strategic focus on welcoming new hires and engaging and retaining employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve the global institutional onboarding, ensuring efficiency across different regions by integrating multiple teams in a hybrid model, with live sessions for synchronous content and a digital platform for asynchronous learning.
  • Expand and structure new onboarding initiatives, such as leadership onboarding and functional onboardings, ensuring consistency in the employee entry journey.
  • Structure and continuously enhance the offboarding process, working closely with Business Partners to ensure a humanized and efficient approach.
  • Develop and implement development products, such as mentoring programs, structured feedback practices, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring their strategic application and real impact on employee growth.
  • Ensure the end-to-end implementation of various L&D initiatives, from strategic design and planning to execution and impact assessment.
  • Work closely with Business Partners and leadership to align development initiatives with business needs.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, measuring and analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement in L&D initiatives.

    • Strong experience in Learning & Development, particularly in onboarding, offboarding, and people development programs.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning paths and development programs.
    • Project and program management expertise, ensuring strategic L&D initiatives are delivered efficiently and at scale.
    • People management experience, coordinating analysts within the department.
    • Analytical skills to measure the impact of L&D actions.
    • Ability to work autonomously, consultatively, and collaboratively.
    • Advanced English is essential, as the role involves interaction with different countries and English-language materials.

Nice to Have

    • Knowledge of digital tools and platforms for L&D.
    • Experience in change management and organizational culture.
    • Spanish language skills.
