As a Director, Lifecycle - Nucala Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the lifecycle commercial strategy workstreams for Nasal Polyps, our rare disease indications EGPA and Hypereosinophilic Syndrome, Pediatric PFS, and our future indications and assets in our aIL-5 pipeline, including annual US strategic and budget planning, Lifecycle management strategy and execution, performance and insight evaluation, coordination of supply chain and manufacturing, and ongoing budget management. This role will provide/gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Help develop and execute the annual brand / operating plan process by shaping the strategic and tactical plan as well as budget required to effectively commercialize our lifecycle indications and ensure we are prepared for future indications with a franchise approach across all indications while delivering on the unique needs of the individual... markets. Matrix leadership across workstreams to ensure launch excellence and maximize peak year sales potential. Cultivate relationships with customers both professional and consumer, develop deep market insights, and customize commercial strategies across various customer segments Provide strategic leadership and work collaboratively with internal multifunctional stakeholders, co-create with Global Marketing and agency/vendor partners to identify and implement market analyses, key insights, competitive benchmarking, and other data sets to inform our current marketing approach and lifecycle plans Collaborative work with clinical development and medical affairs among others to ensure a unified approach in lifecycle and new indications Lead and support governance committee submissions by providing commercial considerations and forecasts Update and provide input into core marketing team to ensure that go-to-market approaches have considered future new indication launches Lead the development of our lifecycle management plan to explore other indications in IL5 indications and assets Strategic Support Cross-functional Coordination and Project Management Work force (Sales & Marketing) planning and Budget Management Brand / Ops Planning Forecasting POC (Point of Contact) Supply POC KPI (Key Performance Indicator) & Metrics delivery AOR (Agency of Record) Lead LCM (Lifecycle Management) Strategy Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's Degree 7 years in Pharmaceutical Industry Demonstrated experience in strategy development and execution Demonstrated experience in marketing Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: 5 Years Marketing or Respiratory Experience (Specialty Marketing in Biologics experience a bonus) 2 People Leadership Experience Demonstrated ability to apply regional data and analyses to drive high impact business decisions Demonstrated ability to influence senior commercial leadership and confidently defend informed recommendations Strong verbal and written communication/ presentation skills Ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and influence without formal authority Ability to lead through change and inspire agility/flexibility amongst team Experience working with and managing external agencies, vendors and consultants in support of marketing plans and field team needs Salary Range: $150K -- $200K Minimum Qualification Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualificationsShow full descriptionCollapse
