Position Overview

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

We are looking for an experienced Demand Marketing Professional to join our GTM team. In this role, you will report directly with our Chief Revenue Officer to understand and assess how marketing is impacting our sales revenue through data-driven metrics (Pipeline, Demand Gen, Leads Flow, Close rates and conversions etc.) Your main task will be to work with the Marketing function to ensure alignment between sales and marketing on topics like the lead generation process/conversion rates specifically tailored to our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to align the marketing and sales strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to ensure that their initiatives are properly implemented by the sales team and assess their efficacy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead attribution and productivity models, support marketing teams in understanding the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Sales, Product, and Marketing – to ensure the successful execution of inbound/oubound strategies.
  • Collaborate with field marketing to create and present regular performance reports to sales management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in demand gen and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
  • Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
  • Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficient in sales and marketing automation technology and platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of various inbound channels, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Understands lead flows, lead scoring and attributing value to different types of leads
