EMEA & Asia Talent & Organizational Development Manager

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our talent landscape! As our Talent & Organizational Development Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership in talent acquisition, succession planning, organizational design, and assessment processes. This is an exciting opportunity to build a world-class talent pool by adapting your recruitment approach to meet diverse market needs. You'll collaborate with local internal HR teams, headhunters, and consultancy firms, as well as directly source exceptional candidates. You will lead sensitive and strategic recruitment initiatives, including confidential executive searches, and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. If you are a structured professional with expertise in assessment methodologies and strong reporting and analytical skills and are driven by the opportunity to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Spearhead confidential recruitment processes globally, especially for senior-level roles, and build impactful leadership teams.
  • Forge strong partnerships with local and global consultancy firms to attract the best talent.
  • Craft and implement talent acquisition strategies that directly fuel our global business objectives.

Talent Assessment & Reporting

  • Lead cutting-edge candidate assessments using advanced tools and methodologies to identify top talent.
  • Develop compelling, insightful reports that empower strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously innovate our assessment frameworks to ensure accuracy and drive exceptional results.

 

Succession Planning & Organizational Design

  • Design and implement forward-thinking succession planning strategies to secure our future leadership.
  • Collaborate on transformative organizational design projects that optimize structures and roles.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline to ensure our organization's resilience and long-term success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven consultancy experience in talent management (assessment, succession planning, organizational design).
  • Extensive experience managing confidential executive recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated capability in structured reporting, analytics, and use of assessment tools.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Experience working remotely with global, multicultural teams.
  • Highly structured, professional and capable of working independently.
  • Remote work environment (preferably based in Dubai).
  • Flexibility to accommodate global time zones as required.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion required.
