Our Renaissance Inclusion Council is a group that pulls together disparate voices from across units, departments, and identities to collaborate on DEI initiatives, drive DEI change throughout the company, and advise on key policies and programs. 

Another way that we strive to bring our DEI mission to life is through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) include:

Renaissance Black Employee Network: The Renaissance Black Employee Network advances Renaissance's commitment to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Out mission is to promote the representation, inclusion, advancement, and overall work experience of Black Renaissance employees.

Workin' Moms of Renaissance: The mission of Workin’ Moms of Renaissance is to support working moms in the overlap of their personal and professional lives. This ERG has built a network for working moms to share experiences and support each other as they navigate their daily lives of balancing mom and career, and serves as a resource for employees and their allies by providing educational opportunities, mentorship supports and social events along with advocating for improvements at Renaissance. 

Growing and Including Neurodiversity (GAIN): The mission of the GAIN Employee Resource Group (ERG) is to provide a private, inclusive, and supportive community for neurodiverse employees and their allies. We advocate for neurodiverse individuals at Renaissance.

The Alliance for Mental Wellness: The mission of the Alliance for Mental Wellness is to advocate, educate and provide support for mental wellness at Renaissance Learning.

RAICES: The mission of RAICES is to Respectfully Amplify the Impact of our Culture to Empower and Succeed in promoting mutual understanding and leadership. RAICES is meant to be a space to promote and support cultural diversity and the professional development of its members. Our goal is to fulfill the piece of the bigger picture of accelerating learning for all by creating a supportive environment for Latino/a/x employees as well as to positively impact our customers who serve similar cultural background students. 

The Renbow Alliance: The mission of the Renbow Alliance is to build a community of LGBTQ employees and allies to create and maintain a safe, inclusive space that empowers everyone to bring their authentic selves to the workplace. The Renbow Alliance seeks to accelerate equality and opportunity for employees of all orientations and genders by building community, facilitating retention and development of LGBTQ employees, pushing for LGBTQ inclusive content in our products, and developing policies and practices that positively impact LGBTQ employees at Renaissance.

Employees are encouraged to join and participate in ERGs, and even create their own!
