Junior 3D Artist (Fixed Term Contract)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As part of the 3D team, she/he will be part of the Digital Product Creation flow working in close contact with Tech, Design, R&D and PD teams to ensure the creation and maintenance of all digital assets, from components to garment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively contributing to the following daily activities:

• Create, maintain and organize 3D Library of Fabrics, Trims and Digital artworks
• Create Brushes, Smart Materials and Digital asset with Substance Suite
• Foster the 3D collaboration with vendors
• Daily use of 3D scanner
• Support designers developing the digital assets
• Ensure delivery of high quality 3D asset and maintenance of the standard throughout the whole library
• Be able to interact proficiently with various departments (i.e. Production, Style, R&D Dept.)
• Meeting the deadlines for the creation of 3D quality garments
• Be able to track progresses on daily basis and communicate them to the colleagues

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Graphic Design or Textile Design, Games & Animation, VFX
• Knowledge of and experience in using Substance Suite, Blender, Adobe Creative (additional software will be a plus)
• Passion for fashion and digital fashion
• Good knowledge of Windows Office
• Proficient in Clo3D and Blender/Rhino
• Knowledge of Vizoo Scanner and Xtex software will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of digital materials and trims for digital fashion development
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Working on cross-functional and multi-national teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in English and Italian, any other language will be considered a plus
• Ability to share her/his knowledge, to create trust in users and a work environment that encourages motivation and creativity
• Organized and able to run multiple projects
• Open-minded, bright, and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent teamwork
