As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. You will greet every customer and interact with them in a way that ensures a high level of hospitality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Your duties will include maintaining an assigned section, removing china and glassware, and cleaning and sanitizing tables as required.

Collaboration is essential in this role, and you will work closely with your co-workers to ensure a memorable guest experience. You will share best practices, recognize your colleagues, and promote a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.

As an advocate of guest service, you will establish good communication and provide accurate information on club amenities and terminal layout. You will also demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and accurately explain them to guests if necessary.
