Guest Service Advocate is our name for part time team members that are the face of the business and exhibit extraordinary knowledge of Ben & Jerry’s chunks and swirls while also providing world-class service to each and every customer.
Guest Service Advocate’s will report directly to a Guest Service Team Leader, Hospitality Expert, Operator Apprentice and General Manager. Their training is specialized around daily in-store and out-of-store operational functions with an additional focus on becoming an expert at scooping, waffling and being a flavor coach.
Accountabilities of Guest Service Advocate:
Ensure customer and peer satisfaction with your passion and enthusiasm
Takes personal responsibility for making things happen
Provide assistance in the daily operations for their shift
Lives, breathes and displays the 30 Primo Fundamentals
Energetic and positive communication master that is a culture builder
Maintains a solution orientation culture rather than a problem orientation culture
Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are followed and executed in a timely manner
Ensure proper product proportioning through daily scoop practice
Participate in store meetings with all other peers and attend other meetings and activities as needed
Genuinely engaged with and involved within and around your local community
