QA Automation EngineerJob Family: Digital ConsultingTravel Required: Up to 10%Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:We seek candidates with extensive knowledge of and hands‐on experience with designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure software quality and efficiency in the development lifecycle. The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for advising on efficient performance testing strategies, implementing the test framework, elaborating test plans based on the business needs and customer requirements, and checking the work of junior and mid-level specialists.This position requires the individual to:•Design and develop automation scripts to validate the functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of software products.•Integrate automation testing protocols with existing code and engineering processes.•Analyze problems, diagnosing root causes, and resolving defects.•Work closely with development teams to create automation strategies and deployment processes.•Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.•Report results and feedback to software development teams and stakeholders.•Maintain documentation for automated processes, test results, and troubleshooting guidesWhat You Will Need:•Minimum THREE (3) years working on Agile Software Projects that used Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
