ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Lead, Advisory Healthcare will be responsible for leading the Advisory Healthcare recruiting function. They will provide leadership to the team while directly sourcing, recruiting, and coordinating the placement of top healthcare. Our ideal candidate will have healthcare and science talent acquisition experience, staffing agency experience and experience in a government contracting environment. The TA Lead is relentless in their pursuit to deliver talent pipeline that is both qualified and engaged. You'll partner with other Talent Acquisition Leads, Experienced Recruiters, and business leaders to develop and execute proactive campaigns to source and recruit top passive talent for strategic and high priority positions. In this role, you aspire to earn and maintain credibility as a trusted advisor by your knowledge of your client's business; developing and updating relevant market, competitor, and talent intelligence; building and managing... innovative recruiting strategies that provide a competitive advantage to the business; executing effective recruiting campaign management to ensure success in reaching and converting talent prospects; and managing data and reporting via Guidehouse's tools and technology. Qualifications:
Minimum of 7
years of experience managing and fulfilling research and talent sourcing in a professional service, recruiting agency, or other complex company environment with high volume recruiting and/or niche hiring requirements Minimum of 4
years of experience managing teams of 8
Recruiters and/ or Sourcers Demonstrated expertise in a variety of internet research, sourcing tools and other creative methods to successfully identify and recruit targeted candidate profiles PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Education Bachelor's degree Certification in internet recruiting (AIRS CIR, ACIR, and CSSR ; Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP); LinkedIn Recruiter expert including Talent Insights) Experience Highly proficient in web-based research to build and organize market, competitive, and talent intelligence Client service consultative mindset and acumen in developing and managing talent sourcing programs in a complex, dynamic and fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office programs and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) as well as CRM and ATS technology (iCIMS or Workday Recruiting a plus) Skills Exceptional organizational skills to manage data, sourcing campaigns, and create client-ready deliverables and reports on research, sourcing activity and results Excellent verbal communication skills with a willingness to use the phone to network, identify talent, and successfully articulate the Guidehouse brand to recruit top talent Exceptional candidate relationship manager with solid negotiation skills to deliver a brand-defining experience while effectively managing expectations Strong written communication skills and attention to detail to create client-ready candidate briefs, sourcing status reports, and other communications Attributes Change agility and strong attention to detail to oversee multiple priorities, drive desired results and maintains client and team satisfaction Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness and ability to accurately gauge others to appropriately guide thinking and behavior, especially in difficult situations Thrive in a collaborative environment with the ability to capitalize on a diverse group of professional skills and personalities Additional RequirementsPOSITION EXPECTATIONS:
Manager on the Talent Acquisition team is required to demonstrate a high level of performance in the following:
Client Relationship Management Be recognized by your clients as a trusted advisor through your understanding of their business and delivering on related talent needs Provide a consistent level of communication and relevant data points keeping your clients informed of priorities, activity, results, and other intelligence learned through sourcing efforts Establish and foster collaborative working relations with key clients and stakeholders that can include HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management Strategic Sourcing Develop, implement, report on, and measure sourcing strategies for each client and/or assigned search, effectively managing multiple priorities with successful outcomes Build and sustain the appropriate volume of candidate pipeline that will successfully meet hiring requirements Adept in utilizing a variety of web-based tools to perform research resulting in the identification of a complete list of target organizations and talent profiles . Each week, Sourcing Managers identify the appropriate level pre-qualified candidates (depending on the level and type of profile) Effectively manage sourcing campaigns that produce a steady volume of qualified candidates that have been screened and are interested in continued discussions with Guidehouse. Manage an appropriate number of outreach/calls to newly sourced candidates. For priority searches it is expected that candidates are followed up with 5 times over the course of 2 weeks through a defined sourcing campaign Utilize Guidehouse's network to maximize reach into the talent market Leverage resources and be mindful of Guidehouse's expectations to generate a diverse slate of candidates for each search Manage and support recruiting initiatives and projects as directed by TA leadership Talent Assessment Learn and utilize Guidehouse's Candidate Selection Interview Framework which provides the tools and guidelines to assessing candidates People Management Attract & Develop Talent:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
