Core Responsibilities Lead in optimizing existing email marketing journeys for our Guideline prospects, including message optimization, personalization, audience targeting, and sequencing Identify and implement new Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys to improve our marketing funnel and help increase sales velocity Leverage data and results to provide clear and impactful insights to be shared weekly and monthly with the marketing, cross-functional, and leadership teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, data, engineering and product to deliver a best in class email marketing experience for our sales prospects Manage testing strategies focused on gaining insights into the prospect email experience, while collaborating with sales to uncover opportunities for optimization Identify new audience opportunities by leveraging profiles/attributes and segmentation capabilities Assist in promoting and expanding email marketing initiatives for new products The Team Our... marketing team is a lean, mean, growth-driving machine. We currently have 7 marketers including a copywriter, project manager, product marketing managers and ECRs (engagement, conversion, retention). You would be joining the rapidly growing ECR marketing team! Everyone on the team has a distinct role and function, but is also super collaborative to further drive solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field 5
years in an email or digital marketing role working in B2B2C and/or B2C environment 2
years working experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar enterprise-level ESP) Comfort and experience collaborating with product, sales, and design teams Experience with campaign set-up, audience segmentation, and reporting & analysis Familiarity with email optimization strategy, specifically, A/B testing subject lines, content, or send times to continually improve engagement and business KPIs Analytical skills and the ability to deliver actionable insights from complex quantitative and qualitative data sets Nice to have Experience working with data science and dashboard tools like Looker An understanding of the fintech and/or payroll and benefits space HTML or SQL experience
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
