Senior Project Manager

GuidePoint Security is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage a portfolio of security focused Professional Services engagements that contribute to client success. This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder communication, managing resources, and maintaining project documentation.

Skills

5+ years of project management experience
Experience in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management structure
Experience in managing professional services engagements
Knowledge of cybersecurity space and X-as-a-Service delivery models
Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Proficiency in Jira, OpenAir, Salesforce, FinancialForce/Certinia
Experience in Agile methodology
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Understanding of information security terms and disciplines

Responsibilities

Efficient and effective management of Professional Services projects
Regular and timely communication with key stakeholders
Managing project issues and risks to resolution
Maintaining internal and external customer relationships
Planning and managing resources to meet scope and budget expectations
Creating and maintaining project management documentation
Providing Project Management services to GuidePoint customers
Contributing to the maturity of the Project Management Office team
Adhering to GuidePoint Security Core Values

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
