Job Description


As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with GuideStar Eldercare you will provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. Using a multi-disciplinary approach, you will partner with specialty clinicians to provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals in extended care facilities who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.


Qualifications


Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling

Currently licensed as an LMHC in the state in which you are applying
