Senior Salesforce Developer

Gusto is a modern, online people platform that helps small businesses take care of their teams. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Business Technology team to drive solutions for our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.

Skills

Salesforce's suite of products expertise.
Proficiency with Force.com Platform skills.
Understanding of SaaS data models and web services.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

Partner with business analysts to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, IT, BI and Engineering for cross functional projects.
Develop and maintain end-to-end integrations between Product and Go-To-Market applications.
Provide best practice recommendations for Salesforce projects.
Keep up to date on industry trends and recommend solutions.
Support and mentor a diverse team of developers.

Education

BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Math or equivalent practical experience.
