We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to join our team. The role will be based at our office in South Melbourne and reports to our Group General Manager for People & Performance.

About the role
As a Human Resources Manager and as part of the HR Leadership team, you'll play a key role in partnering with senior leaders across functions to deliver on business priorities and develop & deliver HR programs focussed on workforce planning, performance and talent management, organisational change, cultural, and leadership development. A true generalist role that requires a blend of strategic and operational skills coupled with a passion for people and a deep understanding of the connection between people and performance.
