HackerOne is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The role requires that you support the leaders across the company and maintain and build upon the great work environment we’ve established for our employees.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a problem solver, a great communicator, and detail oriented.
Because of the location/time zone of the executives this role supports, there is a strong preference for candidates based in or around the San Francisco Bay Area or the Seattle Area.
Be the primary support for our C-suite leaders. Assist other team members as needed
Heavy calendar management using Google calendar in a rapid and ever-changing environment
Coordinate both internal and external conference calls, meetings, and events
Set up travel and accommodations
Prepare, correct and approve monthly expense reports using Workday
Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem solving and making adjustments to plans
Serve as the face of HackerOne on behalf of your executives and help them build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts
Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events for the team
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience required
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times
Outstanding communicator
Extremely organized
Detail oriented and results-driven producer
Fast learner who searches for answers and doesn’t need to be told them
A strong sense of urgency
Strong technical skills: Google calendar, Google suite, Outlook, Powerpoint, Expensify, Salesfoce, Workday
A passion for helping people and solving problems
Event management, hospitality, office management, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Must be based remotely in the San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle Area. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.
Compensation Bands:
$99K – $130K • Offers Equity
