Halcyon is a dedicated, adaptive security platform looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and successful engagement with the products. They are seeking a candidate with technical skills, executive-level communication, and experience in cloud platforms or cybersecurity.

  • Oversee customer on-boarding and satisfaction
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Advocate for customers in influencing product improvements
