As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be trained and responsible for manually testing our web store builds, ERP integrity, integrations, and ensuring a quality experience for our end users. You will also learn and be responsible for testing web store enhancements and general updates to the stores.Responsibilities• Perform and manage quality assurance efforts on multiple web store releases, monitor, and document testing activities• Review functional design and end user experience based on business requirements• Proof various aspects of store builds as they would effect end user experience• Design, develop, and maintain test cases and strategies for cross-browser testing and multiple user scenarios• Communicate system bugs and issues to proper project stakeholders• Collaborate with team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to deal with issues/defects in a timely manner• Isolate, replicate, and collect data on system bugs• Implement, document, and propose new policies and procedures• Other responsibilities as requiredRequirements:• Some experience in working with web stores, i.e. Etsy, Shopify, etc.• Intermediate Excel, Word & Outlook skills• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Access highly preferred• Eye for accuracy and strong attention to detail• Must possess a sense of urgency and be able to efficiently multi-task to meet deadlines• Good communication, effective listening skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills• Possess abstract/creative thinking abilities• Desire to continuously improve process and knowledge• Ability to proactively seek out information, training, and other resources needed to facilitate continual professional development necessary to be successful in this position• Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently in an evolving, deadline driven position where processes and procedures require frequent review and revision• Ability to work overtime when requiredPreferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree• Experience with Regression testing toolsCompensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to HALO at the time of the posting and does not include any potential benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
