As a Strategy & Planning Manager for Region Central Europe, you will drive Customer Activation & Marketing’s success by overseeing strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives and fuel growth. Using your expertise in brand, media, channel planning, and loyalty programs, you’ll ensure all marketing activities adhere to the global strategy.
Key responsibilities are:
As a Strategy & Planning Manager, you have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to effectively share marketing plans and results with stakeholders. Furthermore, you are a strategic thinker who naturally aligns marketing initiatives with broader business goals, driving cohesive and impactful outcomes. You are a capable leader who knows how to manage and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. And finally, you are detail-oriented, with a talent for managing multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely and high-quality results across all efforts.
What you need to succeed:
This is a fulltime position, starting on the 1st of January 2025. The role is a hybrid role, based in Berlin or Hamburg (preferably Berlin) with the expectation of working from one of our offices for three days per week.
