Learn more at happymoney.com.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Prescreen Channel Manager who is dedicated to making a significant impact in our fintech lending space. In this crucial role, you will lead our efforts to increase loan originations through prescreen direct mail and digital channels, playing a vital role in propelling our company's growth and reach. You will have ownership of the prescreen channel, collaborating closely with diverse teams and external partners, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing a test-and-learn approach to optimize campaign performance and fuel our expansion.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead the development and execution of prescreen direct mail and digital campaigns to drive loan origination growth.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Finance, Product, Analytics) to align on goals and drive execution and results.• Manage audience segmentation, response targeting, credit qualification, and mailing lists to optimize campaign reach and performance.• Analyze campaign results and key metrics, conduct rigorous testing, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous growth and optimization.• Ensure prescreen campaigns are optimized with other channels as a component of a robust omnichannel strategy.• Drive the entire campaign lifecycle, from forecasting and performance evaluation to cost and revenue projections, and engage with internal and external stakeholders and vendors, while driving quality creative output.• Make sure that all campaigns adhere to compliance, legal, and quality requirements.ABOUT YOU• 5+ years of experience in prescreen or direct mail marketing in consumer lending, with strong experience driving campaign execution and performance, forecasting, and cross-functional partnership.• Experience managing mail and marketing vendors.• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to derive insights that optimize campaigns and drive growth.• Experience working cross-functionally, alongside managing external vendors, to deliver quality campaigns that meet objectives, and are delivered on-time and within budget.• Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.• Strong understanding of credit data elements and prescreen processes• Previous background collaborating with Legal & Compliance and Finance departments to secure campaign approvals, optimize costs, and develop reporting.BONUS POINTS FOR• Experience engaging in creative development and testingBENEFITS & PERKS• Generous medical, dental, and vision insurance options• 401k Plan with a matching contribution• Flexible PTO• Monthly Health and Wellness Days• 12 Weeks Paid Parental Leave• Company-paid short & long term disability and life insurance• Monthly tech stipend to help cover expenses for remote work• Happy Money is a 100% fully distributed workforceSalary Range: $100,000 - $130,00Happy Money offers a competitive salary range tailored to individual qualifications, experience, and role fit, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation practices.
