We are on a mission to break language barriers globally and bring audiovisual content to all.

We are building the #1 Audiovisual Platform by combining state-of-the-art AI with trusted language experts to produce high-quality transcriptions, subtitles, and closed captions at speed.

About the role…

This is a hybrid role, based in Barcelona.*

As our Demand Generation Marketer, you will work within our go-to-market department and you will be responsible for building and executing scalable strategies that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. You will own the creation and execution of scalable paid and content marketing campaigns across various channels to generate high-quality leads and fill the top of the funnel. You are highly creative and have a performance-driven mindset. You are passionate about crafting ads that resonate, experimentation, optimizing campaigns, testing new approaches, and scaling what works. Working closely with the product marketing, SEO/content, and sales teams, you will focus on identifying the most effective strategies to grow our customer base and maximize ROI.

*Happy Scribe is office-first, remote-friendly. This means we value in-person collaboration and aim to spend most of our time working together at the office, but we're also flexible and happy to accommodate your needs to travel or work remotely when needed.

What you will do…

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to drive top-of-funnel growth through targeted acquisition campaigns and strategic execution across multiple channels.

Here’s what the role involves:

  • Campaign Execution: Together with others in the marketing team, plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across key channels (e.g., search, social, display, and retargeting) to drive high-quality leads.

  • Content-Led Demand Generation: Together with others in the marketing team create and distribute high-impact assets (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, eBooks, and webinars) that fuel demand and increase lead generation.

  • Channel Optimization: Continuously experiment with new channels, refine existing ones, and identify growth opportunities that increase customer acquisition at scale.

  • Performance Tracking: Define, track, and report on key demand generation metrics, including CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Use insights to improve campaign performance and budget allocation.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to provide ongoing visibility into campaign performance and share actionable insights with key stakeholders.

  • Lead Nurturing: Work with Product Marketing and sales to build and optimize lead nurture workflows, using email and marketing automation to ensure that leads you deliver convert into closed won deals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with sales goals and product positioning. Ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops. Work alongside our existing SEO efforts to ensure that Paid and Organic search work in tandem to maximize results.

  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the demand generation budget to maximize the effectiveness of marketing spend across channels.

  • Demand Generation Expertise: Proven experience in executing successful paid and content-driven campaigns, with a track record of driving high-quality leads and pipeline growth.

  • Channel Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with key acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email, and content syndication) and the ability to quickly learn and test new ones.

  • Creativity & Innovation: A creative thinker who can develop compelling campaign ideas and messaging to stand out in a competitive market.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to continuously optimize performance.

  • AI: An understanding of Artificial Intelligence and significant experience using AI effectively in your day-to-day work to increase your productivity.

  • Self-starter: Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
