Strong financial statement preparation skills

Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
Lead ERP system implementation for financial and controls perspective
Manage relationships with external stakeholders for financial compliance
Prepare and deliver financial reports to senior management and investors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis
Develop and execute a public company readiness plan
