Associate General Counsel

Harbor is a private equity-backed consulting and technology services firm that is expanding rapidly. They are looking for an Associate General Counsel who will provide legal advice and oversee risk management and legal functions in a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate agreements including client contracts and vendor agreements.
Advise HR on employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
Identify and manage risks associated with operations and client engagements.
Provide guidance on cybersecurity and data protection legal matters.
Act as a legal advisor on M&A activities, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
Provide broad-based legal support across corporate matters.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
