This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on development, ensuring that our AI products deliver impactful results for our customers.Responsibilities:• Split your time equally between building the AI strategy and hands-on development.• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop AI products focused on GenAI, LLMs, Audio Processing, and Data Extraction.• Lead the vision for AI initiatives, creating roadmaps and timelines for integrating AI across the business.• Design, build, and deploy GenAI systems that enhance family life through innovative products and services.• Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms for applications such as ML, LLMs, and NLPs.• Ensure all models are effectively deployed into production.Skills and Experience: We are seeking a highly technical individual with 7+ years of experience as an individual contributor in the ML space.
