Accounts Receivable

The Finance team is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to work closely with fellow AR staff, Financial Analysts and Business Unit in providing accounts receivable support for the division.• Billing, Credits, Account Reconciliation• Proactively communicating to Business Units on problem accounts• Working with Financial Analyst and Business Units to resolve customer billing issues.• Providing timely responses to customers and internal team requests for information• Preparing information required for the month-end, quarter-end, year end and financial audit when required• Preparing monthly invoicing reports• Reconciling billable travel revenue account with the expense account monthly• Reconciling other accounts as needed/required• Other duties as assigned/requestedOrganization & Time Management• Responsible for ensuring customer documentation is filed and organized accurately and in a timely fashion• Able to identify areas of concern and brings it to the attention of their manager• Communicates to manager if deadlines can't be met and need to change• Manages priorities effectively and efficiently between the Finance, Business Units and customersAbout UsHarris is a leading provider of mission critical software to the public sector in North America.
