Harrison Street is seeking to hire a Summer 2025Analyst Intern for our infrastructure team who will focus on the firm’s infrastructure investment efforts. Candidates should be able to demonstrate interest in the energy and social infrastructure sectors, and the individual must be able to effectively allocate time between multiple immediate, short-term and medium-term tasks, changing priorities, and strict deadlines, and also provide analytical support for multiple people within the firm.
Positions are available in the firm’s Chicago headquarters and Washington DC office.
Job Description- Support the origination, underwriting, and execution of investments in social and energy infrastructure
- Prepare and confirm financial models and valuation analyses for prospective investments
- Prepare investment opportunity proposals, summaries, and approval materials for team leadership and the firm’s Investment Committee
- Perform due diligence efforts relating to transaction opportunities, both internally and with third party consultants and advisors
- Support management of closed investments, perform related asset management responsibilities, and coordinate interactions with joint venture partners on existing investments
- Assist team members with various research projects and related initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Pursuing a Bachelors degree
- Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking, or other relevant industries is preferred
- Core knowledge of finance and accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly motivated, organized, disciplined and self-directed individual eager to learn all facets of infrastructure investing
- You must be a junior in college to apply.
Program Term: Ten (10) weeks starting in early June 2025.
