As a member of the Sales Strategy & Operations team at Harvey, you will support the revenue growth of the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization at Harvey! Reporting to the Sales Strategy & Operations Lead, you will help build the foundation, provide immense leverage for GTM teams, and work across most aspects of GTM Strategy & Operations.
Build, evolve and provide leverage as a generalist across many pillars of GTM Strategy & Operations: GTM Operations, Deal Operations, GTM Systems, and Metrics & Reporting.
Partner closely, and be a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams on priority GTM initiatives. This may include:
Quarterback non-standard deals through the contracting cycle & internal approval processes in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams (Sales Leadership, Legal, Accounting, Billing, Product, etc.) to ensure that all deals align with business strategies and guidelines
Help build a scalable, sustainable revenue flywheel by deploying best-in-class operations, procedures and processes
Identify gaps and propose solutions or improvements to policies, processes and systems, and to help increase Sales and CS productivity (increasing deal velocity, deal size, and frequency of upsell expansion; helping Sales win deals and CS retain customers)
Monitor the Revenue Operations queue and ensuring internal requests are addressed thoughtfully and with urgency
Build GTM enablement materials that accelerate the ramp, performance, productivity, and learnings of our GTM teams
2+ years of experience (with at least 1 year of sales operations experience); ideal candidates will have a combination of sales operations experience in a high-growth SaaS tech environment, and experience in finance, private equity, venture capital, strategy / management consulting, or other highly analytical roles
Hands-on experience using Salesforce for core GTM processes (Lead management, Pipeline management, Sales Forecasting, Account data quality and enrichment, Quoting/approvals management, Contract lifecycle management)
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to equip the business in a strategic manner and communicate big picture opportunities
A “roll up your sleeves” mentality, and an ability to collaborate effectively across internal functions (GTM, legal, finance, etc.) to achieve common goals
Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes
Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Familiarity with AI technologies, large language models, or related fields is advantageous
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $110,000 and $150,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
