The Partnerships team at Harvey is responsible for building and scaling high-impact product and revenue partnerships. As a member of this team, you will drive the growth of Harvey’s AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets by:
Developing and managing partnerships to acquire new data sets.
Integrating Harvey within the workflow of target markets.
Accelerating Harvey’s entry into new markets through distribution partnerships.
You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and supporting integrations and partnerships that enhance Harvey’s value and market presence. This role involves evaluating potential partnerships, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the integration of partner capabilities into Harvey’s product suite. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product and Go-To-Market functions to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful partnership outcomes.
Your ability to articulate the value of Harvey's product strategy, coupled with your passion for groundbreaking AI technologies, will help us shape the future of knowledge work. This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships.
Develop and execute a strategic plan for product and distribution partnerships, aligned with Harvey’s product and GTM strategy.
Independently identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with a range of partners to enhance product functionality and scale distribution to new markets and customer segments.
Negotiate complex partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to oversee the successful integration of new product partners.
Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual success and achievement of partnership goals and business objectives.
Operate autonomously, being both a proactive executor and strategic thinker.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategies.
8+ years of experience in business development and partnerships at a high-growth technology company, with a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and clearly communicate progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop executive relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and problem-solve with external partners to drive distribution in new markets.
Experience collaborating with product teams to develop and distribute new technology solutions.
Team player who can collaborate effectively across internal functions (Product, Legal, GTM, etc.) to achieve common goals.
Demonstrated passion for Harvey’s mission and a strong understanding of AI and its potential applications in knowledge work.
Interest in the legal profession, helping lawyers perform their jobs better and more efficiently.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
