About the Role:

Packaged Agile is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Support Specialist to handle various IT tasks, focusing on website maintenance, Azure Active Directory, and the Microsoft suite, as well as experience with Apple. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager, including updating groups, deploying software updates, managing Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) for new employees, ensuring the correct policies and groups are assigned, handling licenses, and automating processes wherever possible.

• Maintain and update the company website.
• Manage and support Azure Active Directory.
• Provide support for the Microsoft suite, including Exchange, Intune, Office, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Manage Microsoft Intune tenant, including:
• Updating and managing groups.
• Deploying software updates.
• Managing OOBE for new employees.
• Ensuring correct policies and groups are assigned.
• Managing licenses.
• Automating processes to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to the Microsoft suite.
• Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide general IT support to team members as needed.

• Proven experience in IT support, specifically with Azure AD and the Microsoft suite.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune management.
• Experience in automating IT processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
