This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about product management, IT Operations, Agile delivery, and automation who wants to help other teams implement a product mindset and culture. You will learn about your client's products and product lines and work with them to meet their goals. Leveraging your expertise, you will help guide your clients to good product management practices and recommend processes and tools to support them in their journey.

• You'll be responsible for helping your client understand how to build and lead a product culture that focuses on creating valuable and viable solutions.
• Solve complex problems using sound logic and compelling written narratives
• Advise on modern product discovery and product delivery techniques
• Build trust and collaborative relationships among engineers, product managers, and client leaders
• Mentor client Product Managers and Product Owners on market research techniques, how to generate meaningful user feedback, conduct effective quantitative value testing, and how to leverage various prototyping techniques
• Facilitate the identification of objectives and key results (OKRs) that are product-team specific, but roll up to organizational goals
• Coach clients on building compelling Product Vision and Product Strategy descriptions and how to orient Product Roadmaps around the delivery of customer value as opposed to output
• Partner with teams to help improve their agile/DevOps practices
• Identify practical ways to keep team members engaged and motivated in a remote environment
• Escalate impediments and risks, and clearly explain their impact in plain language

• US Citizenship with the ability to pass a Public Trust clearance process with a US Government client
• At least three years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Coach
• At least five years of experience helping build products (e.g., as a team member)
• Experience creating customer-centric product vision and road-maps
• Knowledgeable in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services
• Ability to drive cloud security best practices and compliance throughout cloud migration process
• Streamline CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency, reduce deployment times, and enhance reliability
• Promote and implement modern development practices, including DevSecOps and agile methodologies
• Implement observability practices, including monitoring, logging, and tracing to ensure system health and performance
• Develop and implement incident response plans, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
• Understand and translate CISO requirements into clear, actionable steps for product and development teams
• Effective coach - excellent communicator, exudes patience and loves to teach others
• Understanding of software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent facilitation skills, experience leading training and backlog development and refinement sessions
• Experience with all facets of the product management life cycle
• Strongly preferred: at least one Product Management-related certification
• Strongly preferred: lives in a US SBA HUBZone
• Strongly preferred: AWS cloud awareness or experience supporting teams migrate to the cloud
• Preferred: experience as a product coach or agile coach
• Ability to maintain composure in the face of challenges
• Ability to propose logical approaches to address issues
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
